ENGINE LAND hereby reserves the right to a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days from purchase date to request a return if there is any fault on the item. To be eligible for a return:
1. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and in its original packaging.
2. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Your item needs to be returned to the ENGINE LAND. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it. No item will be refunded without inspection.
4. If it is found that the product is damaged or disassembled in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.
5. If you initiate the return after the 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
6. If you do not have proof of purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Starting a Return:
To start a return, you can contact us at 011 792 6368. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Specific Cases:
• If you ordered a item and it was delivered correctly as per the specified on the site, the client will be responsible for 20% of handling charge of full price of item to be deducted, and arranging the return of the item at buyer's account.

Refund Process:
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved or not.
• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

ENGINE LAND reserves the right to withhold any refund unless the item has been returned and inspected. No refunds will be processed without an inspection of the returned item.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, as mentioned below:
• Special-ordered parts cannot be refunded.
